About the Role
The Fetch Product Design team is responsible for the entirety of design within the Fetch app—from UX design to creative direction and production. We're looking for experienced Staff Product Designers to join our team. At this level you'll guide team culture through mentorship and thought leadership, infusing user-centered practices across the organization.

- Month 3: Integrated into your team, building relationships across PM/Eng leads and cross-functional stakeholders, leading design critiques, collaborating on Design Ops initiatives.
- Month 6: Making decisions within your team, exploring untouched opportunities, launching first features, mentoring fellow team members.
- Year 1: Influencing decisions across the organization, thriving in ambiguity, launching multiple features.
We're looking for…
- 8+ years of relevant experience; native mobile and enterprise tooling design required
- Experience building AI-powered products—both consumer and enterprise
- Figma or other AI-powered design tools; Rive animation experience
- Nice to have: experience building enterprise tools in Slack
- Technical acumen and experience designing for complex problems
- Experience designing, building, maintaining, and implementing design systems
- Team and/or project management experience
Compensation: $173,742–$204,402 base salary + equity
